Staff were beyond helpful. Will definitely stay again when flying into/out of Brisbane. So handy having breakfast included. If you have young kids it's worth the little extra walk down the road to Hercules Park for the playground there. We also liked the restaurants down at Portside wharf. One morning we got the ferry from Brett's wharf into southbank (50mins) and then another day we got the train (30mins) opposite the hotel into the southbank. One evening we got a uber home from centre of city and that was $18. Really easy to get around on all methods of transport.

Clean and comfortable, quite close to the airport and across the road from a train station that will take you Central station in 30mins. The staff (?owners) were very helpful - the woman helped us with our bags up the stairs. Very quiet.

Great price, spacious clean rooms & shared areas, friendly staff & management, lovely well stocked breakfast area, quiet & comfortable. Close to everything we needed; the airport, public transport (is across the road from Doomben train station and bus stop) and was a short Uber ride away from Eagle Junction station when catching the late train (after attending a concert at Suncorp Stadium) or shopping at the DFO. There was also the Gallopers Sports Club, cafe’s and Woolworths a short walk from the property. We didn’t get to use the spa & pool or kids area this visit, but they will be great to try next time on future family trip’s. Extra pluses for there being plenty of hot water with good consistent water pressure and the ease of entry when locking and unlocking our room (no showers cut short or wrangling with the lock every time we come and go).

2nd stay here and loved it once again. We also booked for family members and we had 3 rooms altogether. Everyone enjoyed their stay & the convenience of being able to all walk to a 40th, we attended around the corner. Room beautifully clean & had everything you could possibly need. For us a walk in shower & a comfortable bed is a must, & this accom. 100% satisfied us both. Kitchenette was extremely adequate & if you wanted an 'in room mini bar' with very reasonable pricing, you've got it here. Thank you Kellie & John once again, & sure we'll definitely be back, now we have family members, as new 'local home owners'. PS thank you also, for the little later check out to suit our flights back to Sydney, very much appreciated

Check in went well, the receptionist was very friendly and informative. Unfortunatley we didn't have time for breakfast - had to get to the airport early(ish). Handy to supermarket and airport. Freephone with direct line to taxi company outside reception was handy.

Very comfy bed. Good sized bathroom and shower pressure. Helpful staff (with late check in) and very timely responses to our requests. Didn't use the pool nor eat in the area, so not sure what was around.

Very good communication prior to stay. We were going to arrive after hours and they gave us clear instructions on how to get in. They also provided a light breakfast which we found more than adequate and enjoyed. Our room was upstairs and there was no lift. We are older and were struggling with suitcases but a member of staff came to our rescue as soon as he saw us.

The location was perfect for an airport drop off. The shower water pressure was great, the Netflix and Disney apps on the smart TV along with the sports channels was awesome and the room was very very clean with friendly helpful staff.
