excellent help from staff and many thanks for the transfer to the bigger unit for the 3rd night. I hadn't realised how small the room was that I initially booked. It was adequate but felt very closed in. the outside little covered space at the back with table and chairs was a lovely private space to sit out in and Unit 9 was very comfortable. Easy to book a taxi. handiness to the train station directly across the road. relatively close to the Sports club for a meal. Nice pool area

Very close to train station which was very convenient. Shopping Centre not that far away to get anything you may need. But it is just a room.

The staff went out of their way to help us with our requests. Even though we booked for 4 nights, we had to extend for the weekend for another 2 nights. But weekends were full and it was difficult to get another booking. But the staff arranged to get another room. And when there was a need for a refund, we were ready to 'sacrifice' the refund, but the staff didn't want us to lose our money. They helped us to get back the refund.

Good for an overnight transit stay in Brisbane. Breakfast included in our booking and was a simple but good help-yourself to tea, cereal and toast. Thankful we had a ground-floor room, as had a lot of luggage and no lifts. Room included a microwave and some basic (pay for) provisions, including instant noodles and a few beers in the fridge.

We had a double room with 2 single beds Quite dark room but lighting was effective. Air con was good Plenty of hot water Overall clean, needs additional attention to some areas 10 min drive from Brisbane airport Directly over the road from a train station giving a link to the city and surrounding areas Comfortable bed Near a social club that allows non members in, good food served Limited continental breakfast, enough to set you off for the day Lovely helpful staff Has a chargeable mini bar and snack selection Kettle, toaster, microwave, hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board
